What is Puccha?
Puccha (ปุจฉา — "question" in Pali) is an AI knowledge management platform. Upload documents, configure personas, and deploy intelligent assistants across chat widget, LINE, and API. Built for compliance teams, law firms, HR, and customer support.
What channels are supported?
Chat widget (one script tag on any website), LINE Official Account, webhook API, and the Puccha admin playground. Facebook and WhatsApp coming soon.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Each organization has fully isolated databases with policy-based access control (ReBAC + ABAC). Hash-chained compliance audit logs for SOC 2 / PDPA. All data stays on Cloudflare's global edge.
Can the AI answer general questions too?
Yes. Puccha uses tool-calling — the AI decides whether to search your knowledge base or answer from general knowledge. Greetings, thanks, and general questions get natural responses. Knowledge questions get cited answers.
What happens when the AI can't answer?
Depending on your plan: the AI can escalate to a human agent (full conversation handoff with inbox), create a support ticket with email notification, or suggest related content. You control this via feature flags.
Can I cancel anytime?
